1. Work process analysis

We will tour your manufacturing plant and discuss what can be robotized. Using the Theory of constraints we are going to evaluate where the robot will make the most money and which robot would be the best for the job. Once we have chosen the work- cell we´ll start gathering data like tact times. We will measure, photograph and film the work-cell.

2. Concept and verification of the solution

In the end of this phase we can show a virtual, and if necessary physical simulation of the future work-cell. You can take a look at the models of grippers, trays and robot movements. We will realize time studies. Before that our professionals are going to consider a wide range of minor and major steps necessary to assemble and secure the whole operation.

3. Robotic work-cell integration

Once we have verified the concept it is time to integrate the robotic worker in your manufacturing process. In the best case scenario the installation isn´t going to take more than one day. We will comply with your manufacturing schedule, so we can integrate after shifts or over a weekend. We will train your operators and provide all the relevant information about the robot.
